for ham Digital-ATV. The article describes the capabilities of the 
three modulation schemes that can be selected for DVB-T...QPSK, 
QAM-16, and QAM-64.....and also describes the Power-Amplifier 
de-rating that is needed. 

Near the end of the article is a table of PROs and CONs comparing 
DVB-T with DVB-S and also with ATSC protocols.
